Mrs. Burton is the wife of Principal Broker, Gregory L. Burton and is responsible for business development and relationships for the company. Mrs. Burton has over 23 years of mortgage financing experience in chronically distressed markets and has served in all areas of mortgage lending from origination to underwriting. Mrs. Burton is responsible for overseeing the company’s preferred lender’s list and has been instrumental in procuring affordable mortgage products for our customers. Mrs. Burton organizes regular 1^st Time Homebuyer and “Understanding Credit” workshops, has recently organized an annual Home Expo held at Franklin Park and has organized a radio program designed to inform, educate and dispel the idea of homeownership being a “dream” .Mrs. Burton is passionate about providing affordable mortgage products to our customers and is committed to providing the lowest costs possible to our clients and customers.  Mrs. Burton manages, motivates and provides ongoing training for the sales staff at Burton Associates Real Estate.
